Barry Richards to Screen Excerpts From Forthcoming DVD

October 8th, 2009 at the AFI Silver Spring Theatre
September 22, 2009 (Washington, D.C.) -- Barry Richards, one of Washington DC’s most memorable and controversial radio and television personalities of the sixties and seventies, will be appearing at the AFI Silver Spring Theatre on October 8 at 9:30PM.
He will be hosting the premiere screening of his forthcoming DVD “The Barry Richards TV Collection Volume I”. The program will feature classic live performances by Alice Cooper, Humble Pie, Little Richard, Bob Seger, Muddy Waters, Rory Gallagher and other highlights from his earliest TV Shows from 1970-1971.
The AFI Silver Spring Theatre will play host to an incredible selection of segments from the forthcoming DVD. Barry Richards will be on hand to introduce the shows and answer questions following the screening.
